Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Guide China Hub, operated by Guangzhou USHOW International Business Co., Ltd., we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of tour bookings.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please:

  1. Send an email to guidechinahub@163.com with your booking confirmation number.
  2. Include your full name and the tour date.
  3. We will confirm receipt and process your cancellation within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Any currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your tour free of charge if you notify us at least 3 days before the original tour date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to guide availability.
  • Each booking may be rescheduled up to 2 times. After that, standard cancellation fees apply.

6. Cancellation by Guide China Hub

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Government-imposed restrictions or safety concerns.
  • Guide unavailability due to emergency.

In such cases, you will receive:

  • A full 100% refund, OR
  • The option to reschedule free of charge to any available date.

We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

7. Partial Tour Completion

If a tour is partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., sudden weather changes), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always aim to provide a fair resolution.
