2. Services Description

Guide China Hub provides:

• A platform connecting travelers with professional, vetted local tour guides in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and the Greater Bay Area of China.
• Tour booking and scheduling services.
• Customized itinerary planning based on user preferences.

We act as an intermediary between travelers and tour guides. The tour itself is delivered by independent professional guides.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking Process

• Submit a booking request through our website with your preferred tour, date, and guest count.
• Our team will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation via email.
• Payment is required to confirm your booking.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation.
• All prices include the guide service fee. Additional expenses (transportation, meals, entrance tickets) are clearly noted in the tour description and are the responsibility of the traveler unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Pricing

Prices shown on the website are per-person prices. The total cost is calculated based on the number of guests. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms. Key points:

• 7+ days before tour: Full refund.
• 3-6 days before tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund.
• Guide China Hub cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when making bookings.
• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
• Treat tour guides and other participants with respect.
• Comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs during the tour.
• Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa) as required.
• Not use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guide China Hub acts as a booking platform and intermediary. While we carefully vet all guides:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during a tour.
• We strongly recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booked tour service.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Guangzhou USHOW International Business Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution
